A candidate must hold (or have recently held):

•  a professional position in the financial services sector; or
  • a position with financially defined responsibilities for a non-financial organization; or
  • a position that serves financial clients (such as commercial law attorneys, accountants, human resources professionals, financially-oriented, senior-level executive recruiters and entrepreneurs responsible for the financial operations of their business).

 And

•  have four or more years of such experience. If a candidate hold a graduate degree (M.B.A, M.A. or M.Sc.) in a business-related field, she is eligible for full membership if she has at least two years of experience.
